2. Eligibility & Accounts

3. Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing batches.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where selected, US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified and refunded where payment has already been made.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway(s). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹500, as indicated on the Site. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold, if any, will be shown at checkout.
• Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, as indicated on the Site.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Certain items (for example, items marked as final sale, or products affected by hygiene considerations) may be excluded from returns; any such exclusions will be indicated on the product page.
